Qutahia Jewellery ships worldwide. All orders are dispatched exclusively from our U.S. facility. Your order may arrive in more than one parcel depending on availability and packaging requirements.
Order Processing Times
- In-stock items: usually ship within 1–2 business days.
- Personalized / engraved items: allow 7–14 business days for crafting.
- Fully custom pieces: typically 15–20 business days (complex designs may take longer). We’ll email you if your design needs extra time.
Processing times exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Transit windows begin after your order has shipped (you’ll receive a tracking email):
- USA: 2–5 business days
- Europe: Express 2–5 business days · Standard 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: Express 3–7 business days · Standard 7–15 business days
Remote areas and peak seasons can add time. Weather, customs inspections, and carrier delays are outside our control, but we’ll help if anything goes off track.
Carriers & Service Levels
We ship using reputable carriers such as DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or national postal partners. The best option is selected automatically based on your address, service level, and the value of the shipment.
Shipping Rates & Currency
Real-time shipping rates are shown at checkout in your local currency (where supported). From time to time we may run free-shipping promotions—when active, they’ll apply automatically at checkout.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
- USA (Domestic Shipping): All orders ship from within the United States. No import duties apply. Sales tax may be collected at checkout where required by law.
- International orders: Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)—import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees are determined by your local authorities and payable by the recipient.
Customs processing can extend delivery times. We must declare full value and cannot mark orders as gifts.
Tracking & Delivery
- You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- For security, orders $300+ may require a signature. If you need to waive signature, email us before dispatch.
- We can ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO via postal services where supported; express couriers may require a physical street address.
Package Protection (Optional)
Add Package Protection at checkout to insure your shipment against loss, theft, or damage in transit. When Package Protection is purchased and a claim is approved, we will replace the item(s) or issue a refund.
- How to add: Include Package Protection in your cart before payment.
- When to contact us: If tracking hasn’t updated for 14 business days (standard) or 7 business days (express), or if items arrive damaged, email admin@qutahia.com with your order number and photos.
- If not purchased: We’ll assist with carrier traces, but replacements/refunds depend on carrier findings.
Address Changes & Order Edits
If you need to update your address or modify your order, contact us at admin@qutahia.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, reroutes may incur carrier fees or be unavailable.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
- If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ business days (express) or 14+ business days (standard), email us so we can open a carrier trace.
- If a parcel is marked Delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbors/building staff and your local post office first, then contact us.
- Outcomes depend on the carrier’s investigation and whether Package Protection was purchased.
Refused/Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or repeated missed deliveries can be refunded (minus shipping & return fees) or reshipped (additional postage applies).
Split Shipments
To get your items to you sooner, we may ship your order in multiple parcels if necessary—at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
Order Packaging
Each piece is safely packaged for shipping. Gift-ready presentation is standard on all jewellery.
U.S. Legal Notice
- FTC Mail/Internet Order Rule: If we can’t ship within the time stated at checkout (or within 30 days if no time is stated), we’ll notify you via email to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
- Risk of Loss: For all shipments, risk of loss transfers upon the carrier’s delivery scan at your address.
- Export Controls & Sanctions: We comply with U.S. export and OFAC regulations and cannot ship to restricted destinations.
- California Proposition 65 (if applicable): Some jewellery may contain substances known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm. Learn more.
- No Waiver of Rights: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under U.S. consumer protection laws.
